Pork Carnitas

Mexican Hamburger
One half pound of charbroiled ground beef wrapped in a flour tortilla and filled with refried beans and pork green chili. We top this with melted cheese, sour cream, guacamole, picco de gallo and more of our famous green chili.
Green Pork Chili Con Huevos
An omelette filled with our famous green chili, topped with more green chili, melted cheese and sour cream. Served with tortillas.
Pollo Magnifico

Strips of whole green chiles around spicy pepper cheese, wrapped in egg roll skins and deep fried to crispy perfection. Two to an order, smothered in our special sauce and served with Mexican Rice and refried beans.

Our chicken or steak fajitas get even better when grilled with a splash of margaritas! We then bake it on a pizza crust brushed lightly with olive oil and top it with fresh picco de gallo and Monterey Jack cheese.
